MSI Live update tool

I've been debating with myself whether I should use the MSI one or not. I'm not very confident in the bios and stuff. What do you guys think?

Unless you have a problem with the board then I would advise against updating the BIOS. I've always been wary of these live update tools to update the BIOS from within Windows. (Although have never ran into problems when I have used them).

Is it safe to use them to update utilities?

Yes it is safe otherwise they wouldn't give you the option but if you don't have issues with the board then don't bother with it.
