OK. So this is slightly random but I have flexible working hours and I'm looking for something to motivate me.

I'm looking for a programme (or preferably a web page) where you input your hourly wage and click 'Go' and it gives you a real time update of how much you've earned. So every second the figure goes up.

It's terribly simple and I could easily write a programme in VB but I've no idea how to do it for mac/iphone or even a webpage.

Any ideas?

I know of things like that and one can use a calculator. What I meant was a liver countup of what you've earned so far in a day. As in every second it goes up, as an incentive to keep going and earning more as opposed to going home.
 
You might not find this helpful but I would see this as a good opportunity to learn something, be it javascript visual studio or whatever. The "hardest" part would be to get it hosted somewhere, and for free.

Failing that, just realise that time = money and watch the normal seconds tick by on the wall clock. :D
