Hey first time posting here, I've been having a bit of an issue with my PC. Whenever I play games they crash, either just stopping the program or causing my computer to freeze up and force me to restart it. I have looked online and performed multiple tests but all I can come up with is a hardware error and I'm not sure where to go from here.

System Information

Processor: AMD Piledriver FX-6 core 6350 3.9 GHz
Graphics Card: AMD Radeon RX460 WindForce OC 2048MB GDDR5 PCI-Express
Motherboard: Asus M5A78L-M LE/USB3 AMD 760G DDR3
Power Supply: Kolink KL-600 600W '80 Plus Bronze'
Software: Microsoft Windows 10 64-bit

Tasks performed:
- Reinstalled drivers
- Ensured Windows updates are up to date
- Heaven Benchmark for GPU, passed on ultra with no crashes
- Monitored CPU and GPU heat and load levels during gaming. No issues and then just crashing.

After finding the system reliability monitor I can see multiple failures all with the same information.

Would very much appreciate any insight you guys could give me on what the issue is and how I could possibly fix it!

Ran the test for 5 hours, nothing to report back on. Got the same result for each core.

[Nov 21 15:07] Beginning a continuous self-test on your computer.
[Nov 21 15:07] Please read stress.txt. Choose Test/Stop to end this test.
[Nov 21 20:09] Torture Test completed 57 tests in 5 hours, 2 minutes - 0 errors, 0 warnings.
[Nov 21 20:09] Worker stopped.

I will be able to run it overnight tomorrow night.

Hmm well I uninstalled and reinstalled all the video drivers using DDU. Could very well be my OS then. Just saw I have a feature update to windows 10, version 1709. I'll get that installed and then run a test on the game.

Updated windows to version 1709 through the windows update menu. Not sure if this is what you meant, cant find information on updating it any other way.

Got this error now after the update.

Many friends same problem GTX 1060 (3GB & 6GB), 1070 G1 , 1050 Ti, (Asus, Giga, MSI) etc.

This is windows 10 bug!! Don't destroy your VGA card! Not your fault.
