LMS Error

Hi

I'm looking for some help with LMS Error, in nutshell my wife is trying to do some work training at home via website from her employer but recently every time she press play on giving course LMS Error pops up, and from reading debug report you get this "Error initializing communications with LMS", now question is is this down to my end or the provider? I tried firefox/chrome and Microsoft Edge.

Thanks to all, will get in touch with them, as for Java version not sure, didn't have any problems previously also tried newer version of java and still the same problem. Anyone thanks for your input puts me at ease is not sort of problem on my end unless I have the wrong java version.
