Quick question out of pure interest, how often does LN2 need to be applied to keep a temperature at an optimum low consistently?

I know it is quite a vague question, but what I mean is, would you have to pour more over every minute? 5 minutes? hour?

basically you pour it into the vessel and as it absorbs heat it evaporates. You have to keep filling it up like keeping a pan boiling on a stove.
