lo latency sound cards

I want a sound card to use with guitar rig 2. (its a virtual guitar amp program) I want a lo latency sound card, what sound card would ppl recommend. budget about £50 can go higher if needed but would prefer not to

i have a mesa quad pre amp was trying not to use it. maybe a little cheap mizer.
