Is there a way to load firefox so that it loads all the old tabs.. like normal.. but doesnt refresh them.. reason i would like to do this is i have a set of tabs for me, gf has a set, and each time FF loads it takes about 1- 2 mins if not more to refresh all the pages. Yes our internet connection is that slow!

Must be something in the config page?

try right clicking a tab and clicking 'pin as app tab' usually for me this re opens the webpage on the last known page it was on rather than reloading your bookmarks.

Update to the latest version and use tab groups, I must have about 100 tabs open across several groups and its only loaded the ones I was in last time I closed firefox.

type about:config in the address bar, search for or add the following browser.sessionstore.max_concurrent_tabs and set it to 0. That will restore old tabs, but only refresh the last tab that was selected when you closed Firefox, the rest will only refresh when you actually click on the tabs.
