Loading off HDD, OS on SSD?

So i have a 120gb SDD, that i've installed Windows 7 on. But i want everything except my OS to be loaded off my 1Tb HDD that i have. Can i do that or will programs HAVE to be installed onto my C: drive because it's got 'Program files' and 'Users'?

When you install things you can click custom in the install process and point it to your hdd

You have a 120GB SSD, you might as well install programs to the SSD otherwise what's the point of having it?

Documents/files etc, you can change the location of within Windows so it'll automatically redirect those.
