loading time before bios

hey guys, wondered if you could help...

if i overclock my I7 by even changing just the BCLK from 133 to 150, the computer takes a lot longer to display the post screen.

(ie, press power button, hear the fans spin to max rpm, then drop, then spin to max rpm, before anything shows)

wondered if anyone could help

Sounds a bit like a psu issue, but seems unlikely for such a minor change. Full system specification please

My Gigabyte UD5 does the same, nothing to worry about

getting temps around 70-80, i heard that it can go up to 90.
But is this really safe?

I have a gigabyte board, same for me. Seems to be fine.
