is it safe to run prime 95 toture test and orthos sp2004 at the same time?

im doin this now and it says cpu 100% in windows task manager

and core temp is reading 57-60 c

can i continue or might i blow her up

You can't kill a cpu running stress tests, however the extra heat induced by a stress test could kill it.
And in theory if its at 100% utilisation running any more stress tests won't make a difference to anything, it will just fill up the memory, the cpu will remain max'd out.
