I need to get a new Windows Laptop.

My question is if I load a retail copy of Windows 7 Home Premium on new model Laptop with newer chipset with 4th/5th gen i3 will it load or would I need to slipstream SATA, etc drivers first?

Cheers.

It should just install (Standard procedure of drivers afterwards for GPU etc) however just to be safe prepare a USB drive of the SATA drivers etc so when you get to the partition stage you can install them them (Load drivers option) :)
