LoadPerf?

In Computer Management -> Event Viewer -> Application ->
there is something called LoadPerf that comes up

it only started a few weeks ago, now it starts every time

google doesn't have much info, or that i can understand.
anyone know what it is?

it gives this description:

Performance counters for the WmiApRpl (WmiApRpl) service were loaded successfully. The Record Data contains the new index values assigned to this service.
