Local account on Windows 11 - still possible?

Hi all.

I can see a lot of conflicting information on this as some older sites are referring to older builds.

Is this still possible?

Yes, if your installing 'home' you need to connect it to the internet ideally by LAN cable, let it do the updates and when your on the login with Microsoft account screen, unplug your lan cable and click back, you can now create a local account. If you've only got wifi do the same but you need to block the device on your AP or router until your logged in as a local user.

I’m installing from Windows 10 Pro and the computer is connected via a LAN cable.
