I live in an area that has consistently voted in party A (I don't want to turn this into a voting intentions thread so I'm keeping it vague).

Party B has been heavily canvassing the area and have posted a lot of material over the last couple of months, and they're heavily pushing the line that they're the only party with a chance of ousting party A, implying that party C have no chance.

I've not seen or heard anything from party A or C, and I seem to recall that party C have indeed been pretty much nowhere in previous elections.

I'd quite like to know if party C does have a chance because, despite them being my preferred choice, I'd vote tactically and vote for someone else if they have no chance of getting in.

Any ideas how to check the liklihood of a certain party getting into power in your area?

So the previous 3 elections results were:

2011:
Party A: 53%
Party B: 24%
Party C: ??? (Doesn't show data outside the top 2)

2015:
Party A: 52%
Party B: 19%
Party C: ???

2019:
Party A: 42%
Party B: 37%
Party C: 7%

So, at least historically, their claim to be be the best bet to oust party A looks fair.

When a party has to advertise themselves as "the best chance of getting them out" instead of "this is how we'd work for you", it doesn't give you much faith that they have a clue what they want to do or if they'll be any better at it.
I agree in part, but at least I know who/what party B are proposing. I've not heard a thing from the other two.
