Local flash hosting & streaming with play/pause controls?

Good morning all,

I'd like to host a few tutorial flash videos of software I've made locally on our internal webserver.

Is there any free/cheap software that will allow me to host the files & give users play/pause controls?

I was thinking of just banging them on youtube but don't really want the network traffic, we're still on 10/10mb.

flowplayer is really easy to setup, and free \o/, just point it at an FLV/MP4/H.264 video file and away it goes.
