We had Force 6-8 winds last night and it's forecast upto Force 10 for tonight, not heard of any damage locally yet but it has meant the cancellation of boats sailing to the islands.

Hmm we had bad winds last night. Had to start when i was on my bike 2 miles from home :rolleyes:

I'm on a course in High Wycombe today and the wind as steadily got stronger over the morning. There's a guy in the class from Hong Kong who keeps looking out the window nervously. Yesterday at lunch he asked me when the sun would come out.

Its ok i have doned my coat already and rung a cab

the random weather has just passed us, torrential rain (well almost) going sideways

Its mental here. Im on the top floor of a ten storey apartment building and I have got leaves stuck to my window, cant open the windows even slightly as the wind tries to rip them open :eek:

ah i miss living in a tower block for that reason, i used to love going out on the balconey on the 13th floor, sooo ******* windy

It was a bit windy here in plymouth last night and today with some rain, nowhere near as bad as everywhere else it seems.
