Localhost to Hosting service

I'am working on a small wordpress blog, which I have stored within a localhost on USBW (USB Web Server) and currently have a biz.nf web hosting account. How do I migrate the localhost site to the webhosting service using FileZilla? As everytime I try it fails.
 
Should be drag and drop... What errors are you getting?

e; Re-reading this, as it's WP you'll want to upload the database too...

Yes you can use FTP client like cuteFTP or filezilla. As said main thing you will have to do is create a .sql file of your local database and then restore it on your hosting account to get things working.
