Lock an email signature

Hi all,

Long time no post

Just wondering, is it possible to set all email signatures over a network to be in the same format?

I.e. The organisation i currently work in, are wanting a set format email signature, something like standard Arial font at size 11. Is there a way to lock this, or even a piece of software that forces a signature style?

Depending on what mail server you have, this can be done server side. Can be set to add it on to the start/end of the email. What mail server are you running?

/edit Don't know if it can be done to remove any added at client end though...

Signatures are added from the client, what you're referring to is more of a 'disclaimer' type addition (which can be done server side, with ease).

Yeah, i get ya.

We're looking to basically set a uniform throughout, i.e. arial font, just wondered if there was a piece of software or quick way to do it!

Like Poolybit says, it can be done on the server side. I have it configured on our Exchange 2007 server.

What email server are you running?
