On my Windows machines I can lock the screen with a keyboard shortcut but I can't find the equivalent on the Mac. Does anyone know if there is such a shortcut?

Thanks

hmmm from memory alt + shift + esc, I may be wrong as I don't have a mac anymore but it's something like that!

Edit: Ctrl+Shift+Eject!

what I do, is set the screensaver to be a hotspot in the bottom left, then when I need to lock, I just move the mouse down to it and the screensaver kicks in.

I also set the password to be required immediately after it enters screen saver mode

This - had this setup for years and I forget it's not standard on the rare occasion I hop on other Macs. :o
