lock me up!!!

have had ramdom screen freezes now for a couple of weeks and just got round to sorting. thort it maybe a software issue however my fresh format and XP install doesnt seem to have fixed it.

heat me thinks? voltage?

any ideas please would be most appreciated.

Run Memtest first of all, usually the cause in these sort of cases.

Download CoreTemp and check your temperatures.

Download CPU-Z and actually tell us what your hardware is would be a good start. We will see what we can do from there on.
