If you look at the website they give you the code to display the image in HTML and BBcode so I'd imagine they wouldn't mind ?

Hotlinking is frowned upon regardless, host it at Photobucket or Imageshack - I prefer Imageshack as it's easier, you don't need to sign in and there isn't a bandwidth limiter.
