Just built the PC (listed spec in signature below) but when I load up into BIOS the PC will last anything between 5 seconds and 1 minute. It'll then lock up and shut down the signal to the monitor. The PC keeps powered up after this happens.
I checked all fans and they are all running without problem, I can just about stay in BIOS to see that all 2Gb of memory is detected and the MB is running everything on Automatic volatges and settings.
Anyone have any ideas why its locking up and closing down the display?

stab in the dark try taking out gpu and refitting it i had similar prob and this sorted it for some reason (is the power cable in gpu ?)

Looks like it maybe a memory timing issue of Ballistix RAM and the motherboard as a few people seem to have had this problem. Just need to get it running long enough to change the timings.

Reset the CMOS if you can't do that then set the BIOS up again.
