Not sure if this is best here or in the windows forum, move as appropriate...
Recently dusted off my old Shuttle (SK41G) to use as a sort of media centre thing in my new flat. Unfortunately, it was last used plugged in to a TV at my old house about a year ago, and is defaulting back to that every time I turn it on.
Gets through the bios/windows loading screen ok, but as soon as it hits windows, the LCD goes black, as it's trying to send the signal via the TV-out. I can get in to Windows via safe mode, but can't see any settings I can change there, as it's using the basic windows drivers.
I don't have a TV (this was to be used in place of it), and don't have a spare graphics card with me at uni either. Any suggestions as to how I can get round this without finding either of the above? The box is at my new flat, which doesn't have internet, so I'm hoping to head back up there later armed with a few ideas. I think I do have the driver CD for the shuttle somewhere, may try reinstalling that via safe mode or something. Hum.
Any help much appreciated
Edit to confirm I am using the TV-out svideo socket on the motherboard.
