Locked Nvidia Code

Hi All,

I've got myself a free game cod eon Nvidia promotion for a game thats not of a lot of interest to myself but is to a friend.

Unfortunately my friend doesnt have a 10 series card just a 9 series card. He willing to basicall get me the new COD in exchange for the code if we can find a work around for his system.

We dont want the hassle of swapping gpus etc.

The code is tied to whatever promotion/GPU was going on.

Is it possible to install your gpu in his system then try and redeem it on his GeForce experience account?

*no idea if this works but worth a shot.

I don't know how these work but the previous post got me thinking. If the code is tied to the gpu/account, can you not log in using his account information and redeem the code on his account?

I think you'd need to use his geforce account and use his details for whatever client the game uses (Steam, Uplay, Origin etc)
