Basically the screen is totally unresponsive so all I can do is switch it off and on via the power and home buttons.
I want to take it in to be looked at but first wish to remove all my personal stuff off the phone (restore it as a new phone instead of from a backup)
How do I do that? as it keeps telling me I have to unlock it first! AARGH.
