Locking down Virtual PC 2007 settings?

Hi all i hope some one can help me

I'm currently setting up a XP based virtual PC for certain staff members to use.

Now is it possible to lock down the settings so staff can't alter things such as RAM allocation so they are essentially tied to the settings i want them to use.

I feel like i'm overlooking something really obvious lol

Not heard of being able to do this, can't you tell the user 'don't fiddle'

Have you ever worked with teachers? lol

Seriously though i will tell them that but i guarantee they will still mess, they always do!
