locking hard drives from other users

so I was wondering if on my win7 pc I could prevent the guest user or any non admin user from seeing my other drives such as files/documents/pictures drive etc

I got as far as going into the group policy management but then whenever I disabled the drive in there I noticed that on my account the drive got disabled too.

anyone got any ideas?

Here's one way of doing it, not sure if it's the best way though.

Open my computer, right click on the drive, select properties.

Go to the security tab, and where it says "To chance permissions, click Edit." click edit.

If the username of the person is in the list already, just click on it. If it's not in the list click add and add it. Then click the name in the list. Then check deny for "Full Control". Apply and OK everything.

Right click on the drive > properties > security
select guest and disallow everything.
