Locking websites

Is there a way that i can lock certain websites? Specific addresses from being able to be accessed on my computer? Or at least have them passworded so they cant be entered with out a password?

The reason i want to do this is because i had some friends come around and use the Internet for awhile over the last few days and now ive got spyware coming out of my ears :mad:

I want to block the main sites they go on so it discourages them not to use the interweb or feel the need to come around and use the interweb here.

I assume you mean block?

You can just add the address in your routers config page.

Use your PCs HOSTS file, you can redirect any website you want that way to another one or to nothing at all if you really felt like it. It's also a great way of blocking random rubbish being downloaded

Have a good read of that page it's pretty well explained.
