Locking Wheel nuts ... No key :(

Well bought my first car...
Never occured to me but today popped the hubcaps.. locking nuts
checked glovebox and boot nowt there.

Whats the easiest way to remove them?
Are the reverse thread removers worth using?

Use the Clarkson approach... get a hammer and bash it till it fits. Or go to the dealer to obtain a locking nut, may be beneficial in the long run.

Went to ford today, as theres no ID code/card they wouldn't entertain it and wanetd to charge me for removing thema nd also then replacing them

Don't they have like a master set where they can just check which I need then order me one :/

Check with the spare in the boot.

What size socket will I need for ford focus locking nuts?
Just use the same size as the others?

Pestered ford once more before they got bashed off...

Bloke said the other guy didnt knwo what he was talking about, came out with a set of keys and removed em lol.

Bought 4 standard bolts which came to just over £8 so I wasn't driving back without full set.



MOT and full service tomorrow, just in time lol
