Lockwood and Co

Exceeded my expectations - thought it would be rubbish and like a lot of similar shows these days - 3 episodes of a great premise and then 10 episodes of clearly having no idea where to take it or how to end it. That said like a lot of shows these days it is about 30-50% of a season packaged up as if a season :( obviously hedging their bets on not spending too much money on it if it bombs.

Story was solid if unoriginal, decent set of characters and reasonably well paced, if it does jump a bit from location to location.

EDIT: And on the plus side wasn't destroyed by shoe horned unnecessary "woke", etc. **** every other moment.

I thought it was great throughout. Only think that felt a bit off was the overly flamboyant sword waving at times. Let's hope Netflix don't cancel this one because it sets up some intrigue for season 2.

We watched it all over last weekend, decent show nothing ground breaking but a good watch none the less. I do agree all the sword waving was a bit strange at times though.

Relatively obscure source material and not a very catchy name didn't really help with viewer numbers I suspect, it could have been marketed better.

It was OK.
I liked it. But certainly more of a "what else is there to watch?" type of show rather than.. "omg I can't wait for the next series".

Not surprised on cancellation really

Just started it and now on ep 3, really enjoying it as it's something different and the characters are all pretty good with no fannying around with guff typical of shows of similar nature. Also some good quality moments with sharp delivery. Shame about the cancellation but then again most shows that end up being decent get the axe so this is to be expected.
