Anyone any idea where this https://instaud.io/OES noise could be coming from, I get the feeling it is from the H100i?, it's really hard to pinpoint it. I've eliminated the HD's except the OS drive, the soundcard has been removed, I don't believe it's the vid card, so I think it's either Mobo or H100i.

Does it happen when your pc is idle? it sounds like coil whine to me, almost exactly the same as my old system when i loved the mouse i got coil whine from my motherboard exactly like that.....was so annoying.

It happens randomly, sometimes once a day other times it can go several days before it happens again. If I shut down and restart it's ok, IIRC rebooting doesn't clear it (I'll try that to confirm next time). All the temps look fine, the fans are fine, no warnings in Corsair Link or Gigabyte SIV.

Another thing to check, do something that saturates your SSD (read and write, benchmark it or similar), I have a Samsung Evo 850 and every time its being saturated it sounds like that, its so annoying. I can tell just from noise alone when elements are being loaded in certain games or windows/nvidia is doing updates in the background.

This https://instaud.io/Phd is what happens when I reboot, the noise stops briefly when the PC power cycles but then returns, it only clears when I shutdown and restart. First time it has done it today since I posted so about 5 days.

Take your graphic card out and use temporarily use onboard graphics while you determine if the card is the source of the noise. If not, try another power supply - if the whine is still present, I can only imagine it's your motherboard.
