log windows errors?

is there any software out there that i can use to log when something restarts my pc?
it will randomly reboot itself, but does not leave any errors in the windows managment console

i need to track this down i have replaced my motherboard. memory, hard disk, graphics card, and PSU, only thing i have not changed yet is my processor

i have also reinstalled windows XP countless times now
