logging into ebay goes back to home screen

i just reformatted my computer, but before i formatted, i couldn't log into ebay, I am still "logged in" but when i go to "account" for example, it asks me to log in, so i log in and it just goes to the home screen every time I try

reformatted my PC and its still happening

I'm using chrome , like i always do

any ideas?

Perhaps try another browser, or your phone. Or conact eBay.

Clear cache and cookies on Chrome. Chrome syncs to your Google profile so reformatting wouldn't have "cleared the issue".

To see if this will work, try in Incognito mode first.

odd, tried it on my phone and it says "oops that doesn't match"

reset password and its now working

it wouldn't let me do it on my PC, so i had to use my phone...

seems to be ok now
