Logi

Sounds like one of those kids who have a double syllable name, but only tell you the first syllable thinking it sounds cool. Logi does not sound cool, and I don't think anyone abbreviated it like that.

In other news, Microsoft are rebranding as Micro.

Companies have been rebranding themselves and their products for decades, usually to whatever they use on The Continent - Jif to Cif, Marathon to Snickers, etc...

LOGI does sound like something you'd find in Ikea rather than OCUK anyway, so I can see where they're coming from in that respect.
I also think it's retarded and Logitech is a perfectly good name with a brand image that spans the whole range and budget of the PC user base. Instead, they're going all weird, now...

"because tech isn’t spoken anymore—it’s understood."

Erm, no. No it is not. They've clearly not had to deal with the ignorant buffoons I have to deal with on a daily basis.

Why not create two entities , one as Logitech for "tech" peripherals and then logi , for there other non tech stuffs . It's a relatable brand . Why change that ?
