Logical upgrade from 560ti 448?

Looking at upgrading my card as I it's getting a bit old now (and noisy as hell). I can't go down the AMD route as one of the main games I play is FSX which hates AMD cards. Other games are GW2, Bf3/4 and the usual mix of Batman/Bioshock etc.
Running a 3570k @ 4.5Ghz, 8GB RAM, Z77 chipset

Well looks like the 770GTX is the best way to go, now I guess I should be looking at the 4GB model?
What is the opinions of these 2?

My opinion is, as the 770 is basically just a renamed 680 with an overclock, you would be better off grabbing one of these before the stock is sold out:

Ok thats intresting, didn't know that. Saves me £100 which is nice! So the extra £100 is a very small performance gain?

Yes its quite a small performance gain.

However you have to remember that the 700 Series card have a few more features like GPU Boost 2.0, Nvidia Shadow play (although this may be available on 600 Series cards too - I'm not sure). Bet yes, you are paying less for essentially a very similar card.
