Logitech 250 USB headset problem :(

It takes over my audio :(

I plug it in and it takes total control of my system audio - my old headset didnt pull this **** off! (wasnt USB)

Any ideas on how to use the Mic and my Speakers, the headset aint very comfortable

Shoddy stuff.
