I bought a G15 from here a while ago, the media keys broke and stuck into the keyboard so I contacted their support, got sent a new one with exactly the same problem. Contact them again, now 3 weeks later they're sending me another blue backlit one which no doubt will have the same problem, it took 4 days to find out if they were sending me a blue or orange backlit one as I was getting the generic response of "We've sent you a new G15" I've told them that is a problem only with the blue backlit ones but they don't seem to listen.
