Hi all, in regards to webcams:
After researching it in detail, there are several differences between the Logitech Brio Pro 4K and the Logitech Brio Stream Edition, on a hardware and firmware level.
One main difference is that the Stream Edition is designed to only output 1080p at 60fps, with no choice to choose 30fps, as is on the Pro 4K regular version.
However, it seems that it is possible to use 30fps at 1080p with the Stream Edition by using a USB 2.0 socket and not USB 3.0, due to the throughput of data being slower with USB 2.0.
As per the manufacturer's description:
- Could anyone please confirm that this is the case, and how this works please, i.e. when you use USB 2.0 with the Stream Edition, is there an extra option to select 1080p at 30fps, or is it a case of that the 1080p at 60fps is still utilised, but the output is limited to 30fps?
Thanks and all the best
