Tryed to contact them through the website with the bot first but I think its gone on holiday as I've been waiting for over a hour for it to reply to me, this is just ridiculous customer service.

Just tryed that number it works so I'll sort it out tomorrow thanks for that.
The bot don't reply anymore, I waited a hour trying.
Thanks for that number mate I got in contact with them yesterday and they have sent out a replacement already, I'm shocked at how quickly this has gone now.
I was on the phone for about half a hour before they answered, they do off a ring back option, don't waste your time with the bot I asked last week and it's still not answering me.
Help me please, must have got the skynet version

New rma mouse has just arrived this morning, can't fault the customer service, but the bot.
I was very lucky as when the ups delivered it the guy said watch how you handle the box as one of the ends was open.
