They have a support service here. Click on your product and if its not in the faqs then click 'email us'.

iv delt with them before every quick but they ask you do do some strange things to get a replacement ie (please send back he feet of the keyboard and the ir dongle ) strange!!!! but you will get a replacement quick quickly

Well the zoom keys dont work in photoshop and i wonder if there is maybe some settings that i have to change

Check the faqs.

Check you have the latest software, and you can probably use it to force the zoom keys to work in photoshop, perhaps by mapping them to a key combination or something. Worth a try.

You can't map the zoom keys.

I do have the latest software.

I have checked the FAQs.

The zoom keys work in image ready.

Thanks for the email bit....i didn't notice that when I was on the site, I could swear it wasn't there.
