I just thought I'd inform you people about Logitech Customer Support.
I've recently started having some issues with my MX518 where the scroll wheel doesn't respond properly, so I contacted Logitech regarding this issue, and they promptly replied to my e-mail with some things that I could try to see if I could remedy the problem, but I'd already done what they suggested, so I sent another message saying that the problems were still present, and about 30 minutes later I had another e-mail from them asking me for my delivery address and phone number so that they could send me out the G500 as a replacement!!!
Why cant all hardware manufacturers be like Logitech??
I'm well chuffed about this!
