Just thought I'd add to this, I have a VX revolution being delivered to my home today after a 2 year old device back page thumb button stopped working correctly, they have replaced a 2 year old G15 and MX1000 for me before...........Outstanding customer care from such a large company........Will only buy Logitech now after all this!
