All of a sudden my Logitech Di Novo has stopped working. Nothing has been changed, it just says 'bluetooth device not found'. I have tried installing the latest software, all connections have been checked etc. Is it possible that the bluetooth hub has become faulty? If so, Can I just buy a bluetooth dongle instead of forking out another £100+ for a replacement?

Cheers

logitech support mate,

its a1, call them up or email, they will ask you to send a few parts back and you will receive a brand new boxed set.

They really are good.

Thanks for the reply but I suppose I should have said it is out of warranty. It is almost 3 years old. Do you think they might still help me out?

Cheers

I am sure they have a 3 or 5 year warranty mate.

The Di Novo Series is classed as one of their premium products.

No harm in trying, they are a good bunch.
