Logitech discount vouchers?

I know in the past I've seen people offering discount vouchers for logitech products and have never really taken much notice of them, but I'm curious as to if they were product or range specific, or were they generally n% off of anything available?

How is asking for information pertaining to how a voucher operated against the rules?

There was an edict recently banning the posting of vouchers (specifically Logitech) to competitors, I assume that discussing how to obtain them would similarly against the rules.

Vouchers are normally sent to you by the vendor in question for various reasons, normally service issues, special offers, inducement to purchase or in return for old equipment.

I think the rule is only there for people asking or giving the vouchers
