Hey guys, just wondered if anyone has/had used a Logitech DriveFX wheel? They're on sale at an online retailer (Will not be posting competitor links) for £19.99 so they're either very bad, or a bargain.

Only ever used a PS2 GT4 wheel before, and for a short amount of time, and don't really fancy stumping up a huge amount to see if I'll get along with a wheel or not.

Any opinions welcomed :)

It doesn't do proper force feedback, it uses the 'rumble' to approximate some feedback..

I still use the MS Wheel, which if gotten cheap enough is actually quite OK.. (Cheap enough being the crux of the matter), as this does proper FFB

Yep, read a few reviews outlining this, how is it response wise does anyone know? More interested for now in how well it responds to your driving for now, and if I get along with it, would go for a MS Wheel :D

I will prob buy the ms wheel for £50 next month is there anything else coming out soon?
I would like the Fanatec wheel but its £200+:(

had this for 4/5 days now, tried it on a fair few games, for Test Drive Unlimited and the Project Gotham Games (Not bikes on PGR4) it is amazing, the main reason I bought it was to get used to it on Forza 2 in advance for Forza 3, but wow, such a big learning curve with the wheel there, even when you have played the ass off Forza as much as I have :)

Overall, can't complain for £20, really enjoying myself, specially rediscovering the PGR games again :D

Bleh, ordered one last week but they never even sent it. Today they cancelled my order and put a sold out tag on it. Cheapest alternatives are nearly 3x the price now.

Just wanted to try the DriveFX really, because the pedals on the MS wheel are a complete joke and Fanatec is waaay out of my budget range.
