Logitech Drivers & Win 8.1

Is anyone running the Logitech software ok in W8.1? I've got a G9X and the last time I used W8 the Logitech software was terrible as I couldn't use my saved profiles. It was a while ago so I'm hoping the drivers are better now.
 
Not had any issues since MS fixed the erratic mouse and 1000HZ on Win 8.1 with some KB's.

Though I cannot say 1000HZ did not work before as I only got the mouse the week before the KB's but it was erratic before.
 
Now I've installed 8.1 and the Logitech software I remembered what my original problem was. The new software doesn't let you map the buttons with a "back" option as well as a couple of others I use so I uninstalled it and used my previous setpoint drivers which lets me still use my profiles. This might be of use to someone one day :)
 
drivers on win8 are terrible,in the end i gave up and went bck to win7,nearly every time i installed new software i would get compatibility problems,even took trying 5 diffrent anti virus before i got one to work,never had this issue with win7
