Great wheel, bought one to replace my very old g25 (which was still working well btw). Love the brake force mod they added to this. And having the the buttons on the wheel are a big help over the g25.
Shifter is a separate purchase. It`s more compact and a lot tighter than my old g25 ever was.
 
I personally wouldn't upgrade from my G27 to this Uber.

If it were my first wheel then most likely yes as it has a good number of buttons on it which I use a lot.
 
the extra shifter could be had for £25 if still about. for those considering this for games like dirt rally i would definitely get that as you use it as a handbrake.
 
Anyone know if they've sorted the drivers on these yet? I have the G920, basically the same wheel, but I've put it on ice for a while because it was too annoying getting it to work properly. (GRID: Autosport for instance doesn't like it at all. It seems to be an issue with it not really being recognised as a game controller by Windows 10.)

They will surely do so eventually, so worth buying anyway while it's cheap!

No still the same, I had one before Xmas, the G920, same drivers, mine went back as the list of games it doesn't work with still is larger than those it does successfully, went with a TM 300 GTE flawless all around.

What games did you have probs with ? Played American truck sim, assetto corsa, project cars , dirt rally. All work fine. Running latest driver on win 10. Even had it working on gta 5 with the x360 ce mod.
 
Only issue I had with mine was the down shift either not working or double clicking. Got a replacement and all good! It's like the g27 and dfgt had a baby.
 
whats better this wheel and pedals set or the t300? i would love to buy the t500 but cant justify the money for all that i would use it

if you can wait then we should have the T300 integral soon which is in my opinion the best solution on the market for sub £400 right now.

except its not available yet. so its not on the market... you know what I mean :D
