Logitech EMA help, just makins sure.

so they are sending me a new Logitech G25 but at the bottom it says that i have to send my old one back,

Please cut off the USB plug of your old wheel and put the power supply along with the gear shifter and send it to the following address:

Does that mean i have to physically cut the wires?

yep ive read many people being told this with their RMA's, and logitech are supposed to be very good !

Just think, you'll keep some spare parts and get a new one. Now go hack those bits off

and also, apparently theyve already sent my new G25..

will they do anything if they get my faulty one with missing bits.?

they make you but that so:

*they know the product can't be used,
*they don't have to dispose of it,
*it saves you postage.
*You will also now have some spare keys

you don't even have to do it, they ask you to post it to switzerland lol.

i never did with a G15 and 3D pro joystick, nothing ever happened. and i sold the old g15 anyway

all thats wrong with it is... that the gear stick doesnt go in to reverse !

so yeah im going to keep it then

or break it and try to sort it out my self. that way i have 2 G25s
