Great service on my Harmony One remote, I emailed them a couple of pics where a few pixels had gone and they sent me a new one just like that, I still have it in the box as we are still using the old one at the mo
I had an MX518 where the middle button went squiffy. Dropped them a mail. Told me to write a number on a piece of paper with the mouse cord cut then take a picture.
Sent the photo to them and a week or so later a G5 turned up due to this I will always buy Logitech.
yeah had same effect on my logitech dinova keyboard, write the ref number on a bit of paper take a snap and email it, few days later fresh brand new one turned up.
Only weird thing from logitech was they kept emailing me saying in order to close the case I should destroy the old keyboard and take a picture of it and then send it too them, I understand sorta why for fraud reasons I guess but I didnt bother and kept it as a backup lol they closed the case over time anyhow.
Does anyone have a direct e-mail address for Logitech customer services?
I have tried a couple of times on product support but keep getting responses from the same individual who has turned out to be most unhelpful.
This is the first time I've ever had a problem with their product support, normally their service is great - on this occasion the employee I have been dealing with has marked the issue as "solved" despite having offered no help at all.
