Bought a Logitech G11 keyboard from this site, but the " key and the @ key are switched and the hash key is \, any ideas why anyone? latest win 7 drivers installed.

Also noticed that the pound sign is a #, can't find the pound sign on any key. Is this a USA / UK layout issue? and how do I change it?

if the keys printed are your board are wrong, then you have been sent the wrong region's keyboard. If the keys are on the right place you would expect (@ above the ' key above the shift key for example) then i imagine all you need to do is switch the windows settings.

control panel > clock, region and language > change keyboards or other input methods > switch the default input language

The keys are positioned as normal and the symbols are where you would expect them, but when the key is pressed a different symbol appears. I will try altering the settings as suggested above when I get home tonight.

Lol.Had that before in net cafes.but do strike me as odd why they have to be diffrent?
Well i suppose they do drive on the wrong side of the road and have some wonky presidents? so have to allow i suppose for some odd bods.

Exactly, we have the bloomin $ sign on our layout but they remove the £ sign completely from theirs.........and its our language in the first place.....yankers....rant over.......
